Ingredients: 熟地黄, 党参, 炙黄芪, 川芎, 当归, 白芍, 茯苓, 白术, 炙甘草

Radix Astragali Praeparata cum Melle 炙黄芪Rhizoma Chuanxiong 川芎
Radix Angelicae Sinensis 当归
Radix Paeoniae Alba 白芍
Poria 茯苓
Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 白术
Radix et Rhizoma Glycryrrhizae, Praeparata cum Melle 炙甘草
How to prepare:
1. Rinse herbs with water before adding herbs and water to pot (600 to 800ml). Boil for 30 mins till simmering
2. Add 200g meat of your choice to pot to boil for 20 minutes till simmering (optional to add meat)
3. Energising tonic soup is ready to drink
