• Rehmannia Root
• Goji Berry
• Lovage Rhizome
• Angelica sinensis
• Cablin Patchouli
1. Rinse herbs.
2. Add herbs, pepper and garlic into a pot with 2.4 litres of water.
3. Boil on high heat for 25 minutes before letting it simmer on small heat for 40 minutes.
4. Wash ribs with water and salt before putting it in the pot.
5. Put pot on high heat for 15 minutes before changing to small heat for 30 minutes.
6. Bak Kut Teh is ready to serve.
