In TCM, every individual has a unique body constitution, a body type that changes over time, shaping how you feel, behave, and respond to illness.

Health issues tend to surface when the body falls out of balance. Take our full questionnaire for a more in-depth result and find out which constitution best describes you.

This questionnaire is a general screening tool. For a full pulse and tongue diagnosis and personalised advice from our TCM physicians, visit us here.
