P&G 35th Anniversary: 35 Heartland Stories in Singapore
Heng Foh Tong Medical Hall is honored to be featured in one of the series of video in P&G 35th Anniversary.
P&G, in collaboration with South West Community Development Council and Enterprise Singapore, honours 35 merchants located in the South West District for their entrepreneurial journeys and role in the community. The series will be commenced with this short video from Low Yen Ling, Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry & Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth and Mayor of South West District.

A traditional medical store is not typically associated with being digital. Bucking that perception is Heng Foh Tong Medical Hall which despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, saw their revenue surge by 20% and physical store footfall increase by 10%, all thanks to their successful digital initiatives.
Recognizing the importance of an online presence, Heng Foh Tong took proactive steps to set up an online store and tapped into popular e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Face. They also leveraged Google My Business, a business listing application, to enhance their online visibility and reach.
Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Lee Chin Siong, the third-generation Vice President, Heng Foh Tong identified the demand for e-commerce products during the pandemic. They transformed their online store to cater to international audiences, enabling them to conveniently purchase Heng Foh Tong’s products from anywhere in the world.
