Ingredients: Huang Qi, He Ye ( Lotus leave ) , Fu Ling and Hong Yu ( Red Yeast Rice )
How to prepare:
1. Rinse herbs - Huang Qi, He Ye ( Lotus leave ) and Fu Ling with water before adding herbs to pot.
2. Add Hong Yu ( Red Yeast Rice ) into pot before adding water to pot ( 600 to 800ml).
3. Boil for 30 mins till simmering. Soup is ready
Storage
Suggest to prepare the soup as soon as the package is opened
For storage, suggest cool dry place away from direct sunlight ( Preferably keep in fridge )
