Ingredients: 

Week 1 :  Eyesight vitalizing 眼明方 - 内人肉，谷精子，杞子，菊花，桑叶，甘草 

Week 2 : Slimming Tea : 瘦身茶 -山查 ，草决明，玫瑰花 ，洛神花

Week 3 :Acne Management 痤疮,粉刺,青春痘 - 生地 土伏 金银花 䓹耳子 甘草 京芥 白疾利 

Week 4  : Cave Bird's Nest : 洞燕 - 0.5 Tael 

How to prepare

For Week 1 to Week 3 Herbs:

1. Add herbs and add water to pot ( 600 to 800ml). Boil for 30 mins till simmering 

2. Soup is ready

For Week 4 Herbs

Preparation : 
1. Soak Bird Nest in cold water for several hours or overnight. 
2. Rinse well

Cooking : 
1. Put Bird Nest to a pot of water and boil together for 5 minutes. 
2. Repeat process one more time before draining the water and squeezing Bird Nest till dry. 
3. Put Bird Nest into pot and fill with 2 cups of water. Boil for around 2 hours till simmering. 
4. Add rock sugar and stir till dissolve. 
5. Bird Nest soup is ready. 

Storage
Suggest to prepare the soup as soon as the package is opened

For storage, suggest cool dry place away from direct sunlight
